1. Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, country); the contact phone numbers and message content you upload to send campaigns; wallet and transaction records; and basic usage data like login times and pages visited.
2. How we use this information
To operate your account and send your messages, to process wallet top-ups, to review Sender ID requests, to respond to support tickets, to send you transactional emails (payment receipts, Sender ID decisions, ticket replies), and to detect abuse of the Service.
3. Third parties we share data with
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: an upstream SMS carrier to deliver your messages, Paystack to process wallet top-up payments (we never see or store your card number), Resend to send transactional email, and a database/hosting provider to store your account data. We don't sell your data or your contacts' data to anyone.
4. Data retention
We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you're located somewhere with statutory data-protection rights (such as Ghana's Data Protection Act), those rights apply in addition to what's described here.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do.
